The Mulrennans have a long history associated with Boyle. My late father Michael Francis RIP, known as Francie or Frank, was born in Cloonmacmullen, Kingsland. His father was also called Michael Francis. His father was Taedy and his father too was Taedy. My uncles Ned and Martin lived in Cloonmacmullen for many years. It was what the American pickers call a hundred year farm, with family members living there for over a hundred years. I have many cousins in Boyle and the surrounding area. Descendants from Kingsland are now scattered all over the world, particularly England and the U.S.A. i look forward to hearing about the history of the area.
